On 2/18/2025 members of the Carter County Sheriff's Office and Van Buren Police Department conducted a joint operation resulting in the seizure of suspected drugs (methamphetamine) , paraphernalia, money and a firearm. Sheriff Bradwell and his K9 Braun, assisted with a traffic stop, where K9 Braun indicated for the presence of narcotics. A search was conducted and the items where seized. Great job K9 Braun, and Van Buren PD!! 

Suspect Justin Dover of Clever, Mo was arrested and being held on a 24 hour hold pending formal charges. All suspects are innocent until proven  guilty in the court of law.
